This tutorial explains the cyberBind renewal process, including how to access renewal transactions, review renewal notices, and understand renewal reminders.
Renewal transactions become available 45 days before the policy expiry date.
Once a renewal transaction is created, a renewal notice is automatically sent to the broker office email address. Depending on the policy, the renewal will appear in either a Pending or Quoted status. If the policy is eligible for auto finalisation, the renewal notice will also include the renewal quote documents for review.
Until the renewal transaction is bound, renewal reminder emails will be issued 14 days and 7 days before the policy expires.
Please note that the renewal quote number will differ from the existing policy number. Once the renewal is bound, a new policy number will be issued for the renewed policy.
