This tutorial shows you how to cancel a policy on cyberBind.
Navigate to the left-hand side menu panel and select Policy Dashboard. Locate the policy you’d like to cancel using the ‘more‘ filter or search fields.
Click the 3 dots next to the policy and select cancel. Select a reason for cancellation, and the effective date. If you require a backdated cancellation, please reach out to an underwriter for assistance.
Once you have submitted this, ensure you review the cancellation and click confirm to finalise.
